Dear Friend of Suncoast Mental Health Center,

Funds raised at this event will support Suncoast Mental Health Center’s mission to provide community-based and family-centered mental health care to underserved children, adults and their families. Of the 1,400 clients who receive our services in any given month, hundreds of students benefit from our therapeutic counseling and targeted case management at more than 80 schools in Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee counties.

I am writing to invite you to participate in our fundraising and awareness efforts as a sponsor, donor or guest and to request your consideration of a financial or in-kind donation. Some of our needs and popular items include gift baskets or gift certificates to spas, golf outings and restaurants. These donations, as well as any level of sponsorship, would be greatly appreciated, but we are just as grateful for any gift you may give.

In 2022, SMHC served 2,578 unduplicated clients, including 875 intakes/new clients. We provided 15,335 telehealth sessions, 25,200 therapy sessions, 2,933 psychiatry sessions, 372 comprehensive behavioral health assessments and billed 11,458 hours of targeted case management. Our dedicated team of professionals is passionate about helping others and working together to ensure a brighter future for every child, adult and family.
